Registration Conditions

• Have a teacher's credential recognized by the locality / country
• Bachelor's degree or above in education
• Two years and above primary and secondary school teachers or related educational experience, priority in science subject teaching experience
• Fluent in English

Requirement to Apply
  • Meet the qualifications for teaching in primary or secondary schools in your country of nationality or last legal residence;

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience or related professional experience;

  • Satisfy the standards of the U.S. state in which you will teach (California);

  • Be seeking to enter the United States for the purpose of teaching full time at a primary or secondary accredited educational institution.

  • Application form.

  • An up-to- date Resume (English version).

  • Bachelor diploma (English version).

  • Transcript, including GPA (English version).

  • Professional references (English version; at least two, one from the colleague and another from the school authority).

  • Official verification: including the period of employment with number of teaching days; the verifier who signs the document should include name, title, address, date and contact information;

  • Certificate of No Criminal Record.

USD 10,000 (part of the cost may be financed through PCC Education Corporation):

Salary & Benefits
  • As same as local teachers in U.S

  • Salary: From USD 43,000 start.

  • Health insurance is included.

  •  J-1 Visa.

  • Annual workdays: approximately 186 days.

Under the J-1 Teacher Exchange Program, you may stay in the U.S. for up to 5 years.

Hiring Process

  • Pay the registration fee of 100 US dollars to the designated bank account.

  • First round interview via Skype: If pass, pay USD 500; If not, the registration fee of 100 US dollars will be refunded.

  • Second round interview via Skype: If pass, go to credential evaluation; If not, USD 500 will be refunded.

  • Receive a job offer from a governmental unified school and pay USD 9400.

  • Get a J-1 visa.

  • Apply for a Visa Consulate General in the country of nationality: If pass, buy air ticket; If not, all money will be refunded except out-of-pocket expenses for registration fee, credential evaluation and J-1 visa.

  • Be ready to fly to the U.S.A.
