Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our website. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not use our website.

1. Participation Commitment

Participants agree to fully engage in the trip/event, adhering to all its requirements, rules, and regulations.

2. Use of Materials

By participating in the trip/event, you grant permission for the use of your essays, interviews, and photographs taken during the trip/event. These materials may be used by schools and coordinators for promoting cultural exchange and international education, and may be published on school websites, in bulletins, and other media outlets.

3. Liability Waiver

You release and hold harmless PCC Education Corp., PCC Education staff, West Contra Costa Unified School District, West Contra Costa Unified School District Staff, and Chinese host schools/organizations from any claims arising in connection with the trip/event. An additional waiver of liability will be required to be signed by the participant and/or their parent guardian prior to attending the program.

4. Application Approval

The application is subject to approval by the coordinating teams in China and the U.S. PCC Education reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the approval of applicants to attend the program.

5. Passport and Visa Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of the participant to secure a passport and any necessary visas. A payment of the trip is required to be received at contact@pccedu.org via Zelle or by mail at PCC Education, 1290 24th Ave, San Francisco, CA 94122. Note that this fee is non-refundable once airline tickets have been purchased.
